Terms of Service
JOBSEK provides job-post distribution services to employers. JOBSEK is not the employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or employment decision-maker. Employers must provide accurate, complete, lawful, non-deceptive information and must be authorized to advertise the role.
Submissions may be screened, held, rejected, or edited for formatting. Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, timing, reach, views, applications, hiring, or employment. Distribution depends on community and third-party platform rules, access, availability, outages, and moderation.
Submissions may not involve fraud, applicant fees, deposits, investments, crypto, cheque processing, reshipping, package forwarding, unlawful discrimination, or misleading claims. Prices and currency are shown at checkout. These terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable federal Canadian law; the parties attorn to Alberta courts, subject to any non-waivable legal rights.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Before screening: full refund if requested within 7 days; processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Held or rejected by JOBSEK: full refund within 5 business days of rejection.
- After post preparation but before distribution: no refund once preparation is complete, except where required by law.
- Third-party delay, removal, or access failure after publication: one re-post attempt within 30 days; no automatic refund.
Requests must include the order or transaction reference and be sent to support@jobsek.com. Any non-waivable statutory right prevails.
Privacy Policy
We collect employer identity and contact details, job information, selected communities, payment and transaction references, screening and publication outcomes, and support correspondence. We use this information to provide and secure the service, process and reconcile fees, screen submissions, coordinate publication, prevent abuse, communicate service matters, provide support, and meet legal or operational obligations.
We may share information with Hostinger hosting and email, Stripe payment processing, n8n automation, screening services, and community/platform providers. These providers may process information outside Alberta or Canada, including in the United States. Approved submissions may become visible on selected third-party communities.
Transaction records are retained for 6 years; other operational data is retained only as long as necessary. Requests for access or correction, privacy complaints, and breach-related inquiries may be sent to support@jobsek.com. JOBSEK will notify the Alberta privacy regulator and affected individuals where required by applicable law.
Employer and Posting Rules
Employers must identify the hiring organization truthfully, state material requirements, location, compensation, job type, and application method clearly, provide a no-fee application path, comply with applicable employment, human-rights, privacy, advertising, and platform rules, and report withdrawn or changed roles. JOBSEK may hold or reject unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, fraudulent, incomplete, unauthorized, or prohibited submissions.
Tax and communications
The Hawk Group Ltd. is not currently registered for GST/HST because taxable supplies are below the applicable small-supplier threshold. Operational messages identify JOBSEK and provide support contact details; promotional messages are sent only where legally permitted and include required unsubscribe functionality.
